HYBRID CBSE is one of the most popular school boards in India. The HYBRID CBSE board is a big advantage for students who keep relocating within the country. HYBRID CBSE schools are present in almost every city in India making it is easy to cope up with the curriculum of HYBRID CBSE if a child is transferred from any other board as the HYBRID CBSE board follows a standardised syllabus that aims to achieve cognitive, affective and psychomotor excellence, and helps enhance self-awareness and explore innate potential.

Will my child be able to cope with the Cambridge board if they are transferred from a different board?

Being a part of the society, culture influences our learning, remembering, talking and behaving. Do you have a meal plan for students on campus?

Healthy students are better learners. As a partner in nurturing children along with the parents, we take the responsibility of healthy management for our students. Our aim is to raise awareness of healthy eating and good nutrition. Hence we provide an optional nutritious and delicous meal plan for a child’s physical and mental health.

What mode of communication does the school uses with parents?

At NHIS believe effective communication between a parent and the school is necessary for a child’s success. As we have a common goal to facilitate the best educational experience possible for a child, a special portal for parents to log in and view their child’s performance in school has been developed. The portal details and the log in ID and password will be provided at the time of admission. Additionally, the teachers will remain in constant contact with the parents via e-mail, sms, official porta, our social media portals and in person.

Does the school have Day Care facility?

We understand that most parents are working, hence we have taken special care to design a top-notch day care facility. Our child care centre is a place where our parents can drop off their children in a safe and enjoyable environment and be assured that their child will be taken care of while at the same time learn, have fun and relax.

Is transport provided? If yes, what are the safety measures taken?

Yes, transport is provided. Unlike most schools, where children are dropped off outside the school gates, which poses a risk, we have ensured that the buses take the children directly to the basement of the school from where they can easily access their classes, mitigating any and all risks.

All the buses are well equipped with CCTV cameras and GPS tracking, enabling the parents to track the bus in real time using a mobile application. Additionally, the parents will also receive a notification when the child gets on the bus and gets off it. We take utmost care in providing all safety measures including safety grills, first aid kit, fire extinguishers, RFID cards, clear windows ensuring clear view of the inside, hence ensuring that a child is safe and comfortable while using the school transport.

How does a parent know about the performance of their kid in school in various activities?

Periodic progress reports are prepared to analyse a student’s performance in school, taking into consideration, academic and non-academic related activities. The reports are shared with the parents to open the discussion between a parent and a child. At NHIS we encourage and assist children to take responsibility of their behaviour, effort and learning. Our students’ progress is being monitored constantly at school through steady stream of home work and assignments, standardised tests, quizzes and projects. Constructive feedback is shared during parent teacher meetings.

Do you take admission for overseas students?

Yes.

What exactly is Cambridge board and why will it be beneficial to my child?

If we had to define Cambridge curriculum in a simple yet effective way, we would say it is International in philosophy and approach amalgamated with local elements and context. Cambridge curriculum provides the right knowledge and skills that helps a child understand their interests and enable them to make decisions about their future.

The curriculum offers a global and comprehensive approach to primary and secondary education which enables easy adaptation to professional courses in global universities. Schools can shape a Cambridge curriculum around how they want their students to learn, helping them discover new abilities and a wider world.
